6 MAIN QUESTION ON THE QUALITY OF ASPHALT SHINGLE

1):   Unstable granules: Because of the degree of butimen, unsuitable mixture ratio of colorful granules ,etc. in production, some granules are floating on the surface but not pressed into reshaping butimen,so that some granules will fall.

2):   Open bottom:In production, Because of unsuitable mixture ratio of colorful granules or less granules, there is parts of asphalt that appears on the surface of shingle. So on the surface, We can find the density of granules is not enough. They will happen more when producing solid color or much brighter color shingles.

3):   Leaked asphalt: Because fo the degree of asphalt higher or the pressure of the roller bigger  in production, some asphalt is pressed our of colorful granules,in order that it happen to flashing on the roofs with these shingles.

4):   Off tracking:In production, when the machine broke down and the fibreglass mat can't on tracking ,so that the granules or the insulated film are not the fixed seat or size.

5):   Color difference: it results from unsuitable degrees and the difference of material, and it can be avoided by controlling raw material.

6):   The strenth of tearing is not enough . the adhesion glue is not up to the standard, so the two layers within double-decked shingles will separate.
